I’m a freelance writer, editor, copywriter and author specialising in food, travel and culture. I’ve written for some of the world’s biggest brands – from the BBC to Apple – plus a whole host of publications including The Independent, Evening Standard, Time Out, Reader’s Digest, Great British Food, Great British Chefs and more.

I’m a member of the Guild of Food Writers, and was most recently the Deputy Editor of Great British Food magazine.

I’ve sat on the judging panel of a number of food awards including Ocado’s Next Top Supplier 2017, the Great British Food Awards 2017 and 2018 and The National Fish & Chip Awards 2017.

I’ve reviewed hundreds of restaurants and hotels across the UK and beyond, contributed to a book on street food and also frequently appear on BBC Radio to discuss foodie topics, or to make recipes on-air.

I also compile recipes for daily newsletter Domestic Sluttery and have been a food and prop stylist for a number of photoshoots for magazines.
